Arte para la Gente | Museum of Ventura County

This month I will be celebrating my 70th year of life on this planet. I am one of the lucky ones. FEW women artists get to see their work grace the walls of a museum in a solo exhibition in their lifetime. The Museum of Ventura County is forwarding thinking enough to address these inequities and present my exhibition.

My solo exhibition Arte para la Gente at the Museum of Ventura County opens November 11, 2021 with an opening reception on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 2pm. The exhibition will run through May 8, 2022.

During these times of pandemic when I am old enough to be immune compromised and my family and friends are also, for my sake and those around me get your vaccine and/or wear your mask and protect our community.

Save the date, I would love to see you there to celebrate this milestone moment. I would like to share this as a way of honoring what I hold dear to my heart, Life. Fellowship and community.
